🥥☕️🌴 VIETNAMESE COCONUT COFFEE 🥥☕️🌴
The weather is getting warmer so we decided to revisit our coconut coffee recipe we put together back in 2020. This time we made a few adjustments on the slushy ingredient ratios, the chilled shaken espresso, and more.
One last tip: we recommend using Robusta or Robusta blends, medium to dark roasting level. The full body and strong flavors will help cut through the creamy sweet milk.

There are plenty versions of how to make coconut coffee out there but we hope you enjoy trying ours.

These women are someone’s mothers, sisters, and daughters. Thanks to generations of the H’mông, Dao, Tày (and many more) tea pickers in the Northwest Vietnam, we are able to fill our days with pleasing cups of tea. Waking up before dawn when there’s still dew on leaves; trekking miles after miles into the rugged deep mountain forests, sometimes with babies on their backs is their daily grind. We don’t want to romanticize the life of a tea picker; we see the bright smiles but we also see age catches up to them, leaving marks on their faces. To many tea pickers and farmers, this profession is a mean of surviving and supporting their loved ones so getting to rest is a luxury.

What a wonderful, eventful weekend in Brooklyn! 🤩 We’re eternally grateful for the opportunity to showcase Vietnamese coffee & tea at … and most importantly, to share a slice of our culture to everyone who braved the cold and celebrated our mutual love for coffee, tea and innovative F&B products. Many thanks to and Starfish Junction team for reaching out and providing us the exhibitors with timely supports regardless of how small the matters might be.
Being able to hold workshops in person again after 2 years is a surreal experience. I would never pull through both days without our volunteers Debbie, Emily, Willie, and Ed!
We’re thankful to every guest who stopped by our humble booth, sampled and purchased our products. Your curiosity, smiles, and compliments kept us going!
Finally, shoutout to ‘s partners .cafe.roastery .organic for always delivering the best beans and tea leaves.
