If you were personally at or around , 800 W. Michigan Ave., Pensacola, during the incident involving me and law enforcement on July 26, 2026, I need to hear from you as soon as possible.

I’m looking for independent eyewitnesses who personally saw or heard any part of what happened before, during, or after the incident.

If you have video, photos, livestreams, or other recordings, please DO NOT delete, edit, crop, or post over the original file. Preserve the original exactly as it is.

Please do not discuss what you witnessed in the comments or compare your story with anyone else’s. Message me privately please and simply tell me where you were and what you personally witnessed.

My oldest ko👸🏽 is in college now, stepping into her freshman year riding 2026 🚙 in 2026 with no kids 🙏🏽, spoke with her so much I know she is focused on building a positive future. My momma is a homeowner, showing them what stability looks like just being here while my baby boy gets to watch it all, not so he can become us, but so he can see that he can do it too, and hopefully do it even better. This the part of fatherhood I’m proud of Ion care bout no touchdowns, home runs, or points nor the internet cuz we keeping the score another way, glad my children can see with their own eyes and know and do better.

I’m asking the public, attorneys, journalists, and community leaders to watch these videos in order before reaching any conclusions.

This isn’t about asking anyone to automatically take my side. It’s about allowing the evidence to be seen in its full context.

Video 1 – July 2026
Footage that I believe shows my landlord’s wife inside my business without my permission.

Video 2 – July 2026
Footage from the period when the locks were being changed. The video also captures Escambia County Sheriff's Office personnel inside my business speaking about my patrons calling names such as 🥷s (listen closely) in a way that I believe was disrespectful.

Video 3 – July 25, 2026
The day before my arrest, I walked outside and spoke with a Sheriff’s Office sergeant. I asked, “What’s the problem, officer?” I then invited him inside to see the business, and he accepted. This video shows that walkthrough. I believe it’s important context because it occurred less than 24 hours before the incident that changed my life.

Footage that I believe shows my landlord looking into the business before later events unfolded. I am sharing it as part of the overall timeline.

Video 5
The full surveillance video from the night I was arrested. I believe it provides important context leading up to the encounter with law enforcement.

Videos 6–8
These videos show what happened after I walked outside. I believed I was walking into a conversation similar to the one I had the day before. Instead, I was arrested and injured. I am asking that these videos be reviewed carefully so the evidence not assumptions can determine what happened. I been deeply affected by these events, both physically and emotionally. I’m asking for accountability through due process, a fair review of all available evidence, and legal assistance from experienced civil rights attorneys.

These videos changed my life.

This began as a county ordinance call—not a warrant service. To my knowledge, there was no warrant to serve. I never attempted violence toward any officer, yet I believe I was subjected to excessive force and wrongfully arrested.

I’m sharing these videos so people can watch and decide for themselves.
