Some of the best Peach Festival moments are the simple ones. 🍑

Good company, a shady spot, a box of fresh Palisade peaches, and a day spent celebrating everything we love about our community. It doesn’t get much better than that!

From longtime festival traditions to memories being made for the very first time, we love seeing friends and families come together each year to enjoy the people, flavors, and experiences that make Palisade Peach Festival so special.

We LOVE when our festival-goers understand the assignment! 🍑

Princess Peach and her entire crew showed up to Palisade Peach Festival absolutely dressed for the occasion, and we could not love it more.

One of our favorite parts of Peach Festival is seeing how much FUN everyone has with it. Whether you’ve been coming for years, traveled from out of state, brought the whole family, or showed up dressed head to toe for the occasion, you’re part of what makes this weekend so special.

And to this group specifically: 10/10. No notes. 🍑👑

The Peach Eating Competition is always one of the sweetest and messiest traditions at the Palisade Peach Festival!

A huge thank you to Talbott Farms for donating the delicious Palisade peaches used in the competition and enjoyed by our festival guests, and to BMO Bank for sponsoring the Peach Eating Contest and helping us keep this favorite festival tradition going year after year.

And we have to give a special shoutout to Luke with the Little Pink Truck, who continues to come back and take on the ultimate challenge: beating his record of NINE peaches! 🍑👏

Thank you to everyone who competed, cheered, and helped make another Peach Eating Competition one to remember. Until next year… who thinks they can beat nine?!

It may only be year two of the Grill Masters Throwdown, but this is already starting to feel like a Peach Festival tradition that’s here to stay! 🍑🔥

There’s nothing quite like watching two talented local chefs go head-to-head, and this year’s competition did not disappoint. A huge thank you to everyone who helps make Peach Cuisine such a fun and successful part of the Palisade Peach Festival.

Special shoutouts to Blaine’s Farm Store for helping us make the staging area look gorgeous, High Lonesome Ranch for donating the beef and Farmer's Market for donating the produce featured in the competition, and W**e Country Inn’s Chad Griffith for joining longtime Peach Festival volunteer Dixie Burmeister as our emcees!

And, of course, thank you to our competing chefs, Russell Klase and Lindsey Marsh, for bringing the creativity, talent, and a little friendly competition to the stage.

Congratulations to Lindsey Marsh for taking home this year’s Grill Masters Throwdown trophy! 🏆🍑 We can’t wait to see what year three brings!

We’re getting closer to Peach Fest, and a little planning ahead will help make getting through the gates quick and easy!

🚫 Please leave these at home:
• Pets
• Smoking or va**ng products
• Weapons
• Outside food or beverages
• Pop-up Tents

🎟️ Before heading to the gates:
• Have your tickets pulled up and ready to scan
• All bags will be checked upon arrival
• Be prepared to remove folding chairs from their bags during security checks
• Bring a refillable water bottle and stay hydrated!

With thousands of peach lovers joining us at Riverbend Park, arriving prepared helps keep the entry lines moving and gets you into the Festival fun faster!

Everything you need to know about getting to the Palisade Peach Festival!

Skip the parking stress and ride the shuttle to Riverbend Park! With convenient pick-up locations throughout Palisade, Clifton, and Grand Junction, getting to and from the Festival is easy.

🚍 Palisade & Clifton Shuttles: FREE
🚍 Grand Junction Shuttles: $5 round trip
♿ On-site parking at Riverbend Park is limited to ADA parking and authorized vehicles.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR 2026:
Please note that Taylor Elementary is NOT a shuttle stop this year. If you’ve attended in previous years, make sure to review the updated shuttle locations before heading out!

First time at the Palisade Peach Festival? We’ve got you covered!

With so much to see, taste, and experience, a little planning can make your Peach Fest weekend even sweeter. Here are 5 tips to help you make the most of your time at the festival:

1. Bring a refillable water bottle. Free refill stations will be available throughout the park, so make sure to stay hydrated.

2. Use the shuttle service. Skip the parking stress and ride in from one of our Palisade, Clifton, or Grand Junction pick-up locations.

3. Wear comfortable shoes. Between vendors, live music, Peach Cuisine, activities, contests, and everything in between, you’ll be doing plenty of walking.

4. Plan for the heat. Sunscreen, hats, and lightweight clothing go a long way during an August weekend in Palisade.

5. Check the online itinerary. Take a look at the schedule before you arrive so you don’t miss the performances, competitions, activities, and peachy fun you’re most excited about.

Whether this is your first Peach Fest or an annual tradition, come prepared and ready for a sweet weekend in Palisade!
