First off, THANK YOU to everyone who applied! We’re incredibly grateful for the response and so excited to see how many amazing Central Florida businesses want to be part of our inaugural festival. 🇵🇭

We’re so excited for the number of applications that have come in. Because Mabuhay Festival is intentionally designed as a curated vendor experience with a limited number of spaces, we want to give each application the time and consideration it deserves. 💛

That means we’re giving ourselves a little extra time to review applications before making our selections.

📩 If you’ve already applied and haven’t heard from us yet, don’t worry! Acceptance letters have NOT been sent out yet and will begin going out next week.

And some good news! We’re extending Early Bird pricing through September 4, giving accepted vendors additional time to secure their space at the Early Bird rate.

Thank you again for the incredible response. We can’t wait to start introducing you to the businesses joining us at Mabuhay Festival! 🇵🇭✨

🇵🇭 VENDORS + FOOD TRUCKS WANTED! 🚚🛍️

Applications are now open for Mabuhay Festival, a brand-new Filipino cultural festival coming to Maitland on January 30, 2027! 🎉

We’re expecting approximately 1,500-2,500+ attendees for a full day of food, shopping, live entertainment, cultural performances, K-pop experiences, activities and more.

And you do NOT have to be a Filipino business or serve Filipino food to apply! 🙌

Mabuhay Festival celebrates Filipino culture while also showcasing the incredible businesses and flavors that make up Central Florida.

We’re intentionally keeping our marketplace curated and limited so participating businesses have the opportunity to stand out:

🚚 Only 8 food trucks
🛍️ Limited vendor + business exhibitor spaces
👥 1,500–2,500 expected attendees
🎟️ Free admission
⏰ 8-hour festival
📍 Maitland, FL

We’re looking for:
🍜 Food trucks of ALL cuisines
🛍️ Unique products + retail vendors
🎨 Artists, makers + creative businesses
🏢 Local businesses + exhibitors

Food truck and vendor spaces are limited, and applications are being reviewed based on overall fit and variety - not simply first come, first served.

Want to be part of the very first Mabuhay Festival? Now’s your chance! Head to mabuhayfestival.com/vendors for more information.

Mabuhay Festival is intentionally designed as a curated festival experience, which means we’re keeping our vendor lineup SMALL so each participating business has the opportunity to stand out. ✨

Spaces are VERY limited:

🚚 8 food trucks
🛍️ 10 general vendors + business exhibitors
🎶 5 K-pop Row vendors (applications open August 20)

Applications officially open Friday, August 14. (*K-pop Row applications open August 20.)

Mabuhay Festival is bringing together an exciting, curated marketplace of Filipino, local, handmade, K-pop, food, lifestyle, and community-focused businesses.

We’re expecting approximately 1,500–2,500+ attendees, and vendor space is intentionally limited so we can create a strong shopping experience.

That means if you’re selected, you’ll be part of a well curated group of vendors chosen for quality, originality, demand, presentation, and overall fit for the festival.

Whether you sell physical products, packaged treats, or offer an interactive service or experience, there may be a space for you at Mabuhay. 🌺

The Venue at Lake Lily allows us to offer indoor vendor space, with outdoor space for food trucks.

At Mabuhay Festival, we want the best for our guests. When we open vendor applications later this month (after our Community Favorites winners are announced*), we'll be looking for some of Central Florida's most talented small businesses.

When it comes to the products featured at our festival, we love seeing originality, craftsmanship, and the creativity that only a human can bring.

We know AI has become part of many creative workflows, and we're not opposed to using technology as a tool. But the final product should reflect human creativity and originality.

Whether you create your own artwork, design your own products, or collaborate with independent artists, we want to celebrate the people who are creating something truly their own.

Our goal has always been to design a well curated marketplace where guests can discover amazing products, meet the people who made them, and take home something they can't wait to share with friends.

We can't wait to see what Central Florida's creative community has to offer!

We know our community is full of incredible small businesses, and we want your help discovering who you'd love to see at the 2027 Mabuhay Festival!

💬 Tag your favorite Filipino vendor in the comments (or comment their name if they aren't on Instagram) and tell us why you love them. (Food trucks 🚚 have their own post, so make sure to nominate them on that one !)

🏆 One nominated vendor will be named our Community Choice Vendor and will receive a complimentary vendor booth at the 2027 Mabuhay Festival!

✨ Every nomination helps us discover businesses our community is excited to support. While community nominations play a big role in our decision, the Mabuhay Festival team will make the final selection based on overall fit for the festival. Additional nominated vendors may also receive invitations to participate.

📅 Nominations close August 10, 2026.

Please note that vendor space is very limited, so not every nominated business will receive an invitation.
