After 9 incredible years as the City Clerk for the City of Oakland NE, my heart is full of gratitude as I reflect on all that I have been blessed to experience, accomplish, and be a part of throughout the years.

With that being said, it is definitely bittersweet to share this advertisement as the City of Oakland begins the search for its next Municipal City Clerk/Treasurer.

This position has meant so much to me personally and professionally, and I truly hope the next person who steps into this role finds as much purpose, growth, and fulfillment in it as I have.

If you or someone you know may be interested in this opportunity, please reach out for more information. Applications and resumes are being accepted for consideration.

Thank you to the Mayor, City Council, City staff, community members, and everyone I have had the privilege of working with over the past 9 years! I am incredibly grateful for the trust, support, guidance, friendships, and memories that have made this journey so special!

Here’s to the next chapter — and to finding the right person to continue serving the City of Oakland! 🏛️❤️
