This gave me a couple of laughs (even though it sometimes gets plot points wrong):

A low-budget horror film from 1983, and part of the post-Body Snatchers remake wave of sci-fi horror. It's a lot of fun. Eyeless hungry man-eating aliens with lots of teeth find their way on our little Earth, and start munching locals. Bunch of …

It is sort of funny, I suppose. If you aren’t me. Harrumph. 😁
I was just watching a recent episode of Inside the Actors Studio as wonderful actor Laura Dern tells her slightly incredulous interviewer, Greta Gerwig, why she thinks David Lynch and Steven Spielberg are similar (!). She says she told Spielberg that he was “mad!” when they were shooting Jurassic Park (1993). She says everything he does is a first, like using brand new technology and having her slammed up against a wall pretending to be attacked by a raptor that isn’t really there. Then she says Steven gets the idea to have her grabbed from behind, as if to save her, by Samuel Jackson’s arm, which turns out to be only a “bloody stump!” Who else thinks that way, she seems to be asking. I guess she hadn't seen every sci-fi horror movie. (Had Steven, I wonder?)
