Day 1 was amazing COME OUT TODAY FOR DAY 2 !! The murals are already taking shape, the energy was incredible, and the community showed up in a big way. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the first day such a success!

Today, we’re bringing it home with even more live mural painting, an incredible lineup of special guest DJs, and your chance to see these large-scale works of art come to life and be there as the murals are completed.

Taking over the Bedford Slip, the Williamsburg Mural Festival celebrates the creativity, culture, and artists that make Brooklyn so special. Now in its second year, the festival is quickly becoming one of Williamsburg’s can’t-miss annual events.

The Williamsburg Mural Festival is back, and in just its second year, it’s already becoming one of Williamsburg’s most exciting annual traditions. This year’s celebration is bigger than ever with our first-ever TWO-DAY festival happening TODAY & TOMORROW!

This year’s muralists were curated by Calicho, a longtime member of the ARTELFEST community whose passion for public art and creative vision brought together this incredible lineup.

The 2nd Annual Williamsburg Mural Festival returns THIS WEEKEND !! , and this year it’s BIGGER than ever with its first-ever TWO-DAY celebration!
Taking over the Bedford Slip, the festival will bring together some of New York City’s most talented muralists, live musicians, and DJs for an unforgettable weekend of art, music, and community. Watch incredible murals come to life in real time as the Bedford Slip transforms into a vibrant open air gallery.
In just its second year, the Williamsburg Mural Festival is already becoming one of the neighborhood’s most exciting new annual traditions, celebrating the artists, creativity, and culture that make Brooklyn so unique.
This year, ARTELFEST selected Calicho to curate the muralists for the Williamsburg Mural Festival. A longtime member of the ARTELFEST community, Calicho has participated in multiple festivals over the years, and we’ve had the opportunity to watch him continually elevate his craft. His distinctive artistic vision, dedication to public art, and deep connection to the creative community make him the perfect person to curate this year’s incredible lineup.
