GEICO High School Basketball Nationals The annual national high school basketball tournament hosted at Christ The King High School in New Y The Event completed its seventh year in 2015.

GEICO High School Basketball Nationals has become the premier post-season tournament for boys and girls high school teams since its birth in 2009. The first 5 years of the event were held at Georgetown Prep Academy in North Bethesda, Maryland. In 2014, the event moved to New York City with the Quarterfinal and Semifinal rounds held at Christ the King High School in Middle Village, New York and the
