As salamu ‘alaykum! After the successful Precious Hearts Islamic Summer Camp 2020, I’m so excited to announce the launch of Fatih Institute for the academic year. The goal was to create something special for the Muslim homeschooling families during the week and traditional schooling families in the weekend.

Our courses might be right for you if you’re looking for weekend Islamic art classes or if you are looking for engaging, NYS-standards aligned Math and English classes for your homeschooling family. Please check out our website and keep us in your duas!

Salams! If you’re interested in signing up your under-8 kids, please let me know. We have a few 6/7 year olds and will probably be creating two sections of the class, based on age. Be well!

Insha Allah, I will post updates on the camp on this page so it is easy to access. Please post your questions here so I can clarify, insha Allah, and they can benefit others who are also wondering.

Clarifications to great questions so far:

1) If you sign up for the program, you will receive confirmation for 1 course. You are actually registered for the entire program. Everyone registered will receive an email from me this week. Be on the lookout!

2) Each course's live session will be on the particular day of the week 11am-12pm Eastern Standard Time listed on the site:
Monday: Mighty Signs
Tuesday: I Love the Prophet Muhammad
Wednesday: Mountains of Faith
Thursday: Splashes of Deed

3) There will be pre-recorded and pre-made materials for the courses in addition to the live sessions. However, based on the feedback I have received so far, it seems best to make them supplementary materials and not required. Thoughts on that?

4) I will give you a list of supplies we will use for the art class, insha Allah. The most important thing will be to have some sort of mixed media/watercolor paper and paint/pastels/crayons. I'll give you alternatives so you never have to buy lots of art supplies. Our goal will be to put the materials we already have to good use.
