TIME TO TRAIN!

You know the three components of our event if you haven’t already known. It’s time to prepare for this event as we prepare to kickoff with “Athletic Testing” on Saturday, Oct 15 @ 9:30am. From there, athletes will come back to compete in “Powerlifting” and “Calisthenics” of Sunday, Oct 16 @ 9:30am.

Please note the overall award will only be given to those who competes in ALL 3 components. We do however, award individual components - whether it’s in Athletic Testing, Powerlifting and or Calisthenics.
