Happy Birthday to someone who genuinely means a lot to me.
I’ve been thinking about what to say to you today, and honestly, no amount of words feels enough to properly describe how much I appreciate you and how much your presence has meant in my life. But regardless, I still wanted to try, because today is your day, and you deserve to be celebrated properly.
First of all, I pray this new age brings you peace in places where you’ve been silently struggling, happiness that stays, genuine love, good health, open doors, and countless beautiful moments that will make you smile even on random days. I hope life becomes softer for you. I hope the things you’ve prayed for privately begin to find their way to you one after another. You deserve that kind of happiness.
You know, sometimes people enter our lives and leave simple memories, but there are some people whose presence quietly becomes important without them even realizing it. That’s exactly how you are to me. Over time, your kindness, your energy, your personality, your way of talking, your little habits, your laughter, and even the random moments we’ve shared became things I genuinely value deeply.
I won’t lie, I miss you.
I miss our conversations.
I miss the comfort in talking to you.
I miss the way you naturally made things feel lighter sometimes without even trying.
And as funny as life can be, distance, silence, time, or circumstances can change a lot of things, but some people still remain special regardless. You are one of those people to me.
There are moments when certain memories of you randomly cross my mind and I just pause for a second and smile. Sometimes I wonder if you even realize the impact you’ve had on people around you. You carry this beautiful energy that people don’t easily forget. You may not even notice it yourself, but it’s there.
I genuinely hope you never lose the softness in your heart because this world can be very hard sometimes. Stay kind. Stay ambitious. Stay beautiful in your own way. Stay true to yourself. The world already has enough people pretending to be who they’re not. Your authenticity is rare.
Warm regards,
Olaoluwakiiiiitan.
