Southside Community Garden - Youngstown, Ohio Garden started in 2010. we have children garden programs, butterfly garden and annual festival(Third sat. in July 1 to 4) rain or shine and city water. pavilion.

handicap beds 3307278340 Lois HOW IT STARTED IN 2011 FIRST FESTIVAL 2013 IN trying to revitalize my grandmother's old neighborhood. was inspired by God to put a garden on my grandmother's old property. we had sold land in 79 and it burnt down in about 1982. when I finally drove by there was not one house on the entire 1/2 city block. Williamson is a heavily traveled street with market and sout

Freeway traffic from eastside off Youngstown exits on Williamson. trying to establish garden where neighbors can gain access to healthy food, learn gardening basics, have a safe, clean, park like setting to go. Bring back our neighborhoods. GOD'S LAND AND GOD'S PLAN is our motto. all are welcome

Summer garden programs for youth available. 5 handicapped raised beds on site. pavilion pergala which is netted for annual Butterfly festival. 3rd Saturday in July bible studies. and healthy food classes
