🎃 FALL BASH 2026 🎃

Calling All Local Businesses — Get In On the Fun!

Dear Local Business Owners,

Fall Bash is coming to New Richmond on Saturday, October 24th, from Noon–7:00 PM, and we would love to see our local businesses join in the fun!

Fall Bash brings families, visitors, vendors, and community members to town, and this is a great opportunity to welcome them into our local businesses and show them everything New Richmond has to offer.

We are asking businesses to consider offering a fun activity, special, giveaway, or experience during Fall Bash. It can be something for kids, adults, or the whole family. It does not have to be expensive or elaborate—the goal is simply to make the day fun and encourage visitors to explore our village!

🍂 Need Some Ideas?

Here are a few possibilities:

- 🎃 Pumpkin decorating or painting
- 🍬 Candy or treat station
- 👻 Halloween/Fall photo booth
- 🎯 Carnival-style game with small prizes
- 🍎 Caramel apple or fall treat station
- 🧙 Costume contest
- 🕵️ Scavenger hunt clue or checkpoint
- 🎨 Kids' craft table
- 🦆 Duck pond or prize game
- 🍪 Cookie decorating
- 🎟️ Spin-the-wheel prizes
- 🧡 Fall-themed giveaways
- ☕ Hot cider, cocoa, or fall refreshments
- 🛍️ Fall Bash shopping specials
- 🎁 Door-prize drawings
- 🎃 Guess-the-number-in-the-jar contest
- 👻 "Mystery" grab bags
- 🧹 Witch-themed games or activities
- 📸 Decorate your storefront and create a fun selfie spot
- 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 An adult game, contest, tasting, or special just for the grown-ups

Be creative! If you have another fun idea that fits your business, we would love to see it.

Our goal is to make Fall Bash 2026 an event where there is something fun happening throughout New Richmond. The more businesses that participate, the more reasons visitors have to walk through town, discover our shops and businesses, and spend the day in our community.

Let's work together to make this year's Fall Bash something people will talk about and look forward to year after year!

Thank you for supporting our community and helping make New Richmond a fun place to visit, shop, eat, and enjoy.

We hope you'll join us for the fun!

Fall Bash is just around the corner! This year we will not be having the trick or treat with Vendors but will have the trunk or treat in the evening with neighbors in the area that don't get trick or treaters at their homes. So if you or someone you know wants to join us in the fun on October 24th in the evening let us know. Otherwise Mark those calendars. We have a fun group of Vendors that will be there offering some different, spooky , unique items like you have never seen before. New this year will be food trucks also. Stay tuned for a line up of fun stuff planned for the Day!

Moon Lily Dance will happen that evening!

Hello Everyone!

This year's Fall Bash has been scheduled with the Village for 10/24.

As much as we would love to hold it on Halloween it's in the best interest of our event so it can be successful for all involved and gives the kiddos an additional day to enjoy the seasons festivities 😁.

Street vendors applications have started so if interested please reach out! If you are a business owner that wants to join in with the festivities and provide a free kids activity while advertising your business please reach out.

Stay Tuned for more details soon!
