It’s been over a week now, and we just wanted to express our gratitude to everyone who ran, volunteered, and cheered on the 2026 Legs N’ Dregs Brewery Marathon this year! This is a massive labor of love from the two of us, and it couldn’t happen without all of you, and especially all of the generous breweries themselves. We hope your hangovers subside and your legs heal up by next year! 🍻

RACE WEEKEND IS HERE! Time for a medal and t-shirt reveal! All runners get both of these beautiful items, plus a four-pack of our latest collaboration with Parleaux Beer Lab, the Groovy Runner Session IPA, plus all the hydration and snacks and pizza you can handle! Run Drunk hats also for sale all weekend long if you want to look extra cool. This weekend’s events:
- Shirt/Wristband/Etc pickups either tomorrow afternoon from 2PM-4PM at Parleaux or the morning of the race.
- RACE DAY SUNDAY!! Full marathon at 11AM at Parleaux and Half Marathon at 1:00PM at Parleaux. Get there before then if you're running, obviously!

Our final (and most important brewery spotlight is the start and finish of the Legs N' Dregs Brewery Marathon, Parleaux Beer Lab! Anyone who knows their beer knows that Parleaux punches above its weight within this city and beyond, and we're always thrilled to work with them on this race each year. As always, we've got a top-notch collaborative beer ready for this weekend, the Groovy Runner Session IPA, which all of our runners will receive a 4-pack of as part of their registration. Everything else about Parleaux is amazing, from their spacious courtyard to the rest of the beers to the friendly faces that greet us every time. Get ready to meet us there, drink some beers, and run some miles, because the Legs N' Dregs Brewery Marathon is THIS SUNDAY!!

We'll be keeping you well-hydrated this Sunday thanks to our friends CURE! Their drink mix is made with organic coconut water, pink Himalayan salt and no added sugar, and we're super stoked that they sent down a whole bunch of sample packets for us! You'll be able to sample their Lemonade flavor to battle the heat plus Acai Berry energy mix with caffeine to give you the push you need to run all of those final miles! Can't wait to see y'all this Sunday!

Our next spotlight belongs to a very special new addition to this year's Legs N' Dregs Brewery Marathon, Altua! Serving as our first ever THC spritzer on the route, Altua is the ultimate alcohol alternative that still brings the buzz and the flavor! We're super-thrilled to have them as a pit stop for our full marathon runners, and we'll have sample cans waiting for half marathon runners at the end to celebrate in style with some special bubbly! Altua is making waves in Louisiana liquor stores as a :teapot:HC-infused spritzer. It is champagne-inspired, with real fruit juice and soft bubbles that make it the delicious alternative to drink during Legs N’ Dregs 🥂🌱

Our next spotlight is the Courtyard Brewery! Serving the LGD in various forms for well over a decade now, Courtyard has made a massive name for itself between its brews, killer iconography, and the various courtyards they've actually inhabited. There's always something special on tap when you hit Courtyard, whether it's the Chemtrails IPA or the Coliseum Square Saison or the, ahem, Deez Nuts Don't Run stout. We're stoked as always to be at Courtyard, and we hope to see y'all at the Legs N' Dregs Brewery Marathon next Sunday!

It's time to spotlight one of our very special pit stops on the full marathon route for the second year in a row, our rad pals Gnarly Barley Brewing! We've been personally drinking Gnarly Barley's beers for many, many years now, and we absolutely love them, even if the Double Jucifer has proven quite dangerous. Whether it's the Skater Aid Pils or the beloved (regular, less dangerous) Jucifer, Gnarly Barley has a well-deserved reputation for making some of the best beers in this state and beyond. A mainstay here in the city, they're based over in Hammond, and visiting the taproom is well worth the road trip. We're super grateful that they've donated some cans to us to help our thirsty full marathoners early in the run! We'll see you out there with Gnarly Barley in tow next Sunday, March 15th!

2026 ROUTE REVEAL! We're super thrilled to share this year's Legs N' Dregs Brewery Marathon and Half Marathon route with everyone! It's such a special day filled with amazing breweries and great people, and we're thrilled to see y'all in just over 10 days! We've got some especially awesome stuff in store for our full marathon runners who get to also sample Gnarly Barley Brewing and our very first THC beverage inclusion, Altua, at pit stops (more on that soon). Full routes are available to view on our site and we'll have Garmin files for everyone running soon. We could still use a lot more volunteers to make this special day happen, so please sign up if you haven't already!

Our next brewery spotlight needs no introduction, but their space is still the newest one in the city, Abita! While Abita itself is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, their Nola taproom's 1 year anniversary is happening the weekend after Legs N' Dregs! Abita's space here in the city has been an awesome addition to the scene, with a spacious courtyard and indoor space, revolving food trucks, and plenty of games for the whole family. On top of the flagships you've come to know and love, they've got a whole lot of taproom exclusives like the Disco Round IPA and the Salty Heart Gose for your drinking pleasure! Join us to visit them during the Legs N' Dregs Brewery Marathon and Half Marathon on March 15th, and try to swing by their anniversary party the weekend after too!

Out with the old, in with the new! Continuing tradition, we spent this past weekend chugging last year’s signature beer from Parleaux Beer Lab, the Bayou Runner, when we probably should have been doing useful stuff like planning the race instead. Legs N’ Dregs is back on March 15th, stay tuned for more info about this year’s new beer, the Groovy Runner Session IPA! Much more about that and all of the other super exciting details in the days ahead. Less than two weeks to go!

Our next brewery spotlight belongs to the purr-fect hang spot known as Ecology Beer Creative! They've got some extremely tasty beers like the Radio Lager, Swan Song IPA, and Cloud Krusher, but Ecology has become a proper hub in a way that's hard to replicate. There's the popcorn, the party-ready patio, and of course, the adorable brewery cats that they fundraise for on the regular! We love hanging at Ecology, and we think you will to, so come join us on March 15th for the Legs N' Dregs Brewery Marathon and Half Marathon! Don't forget to register by tomorrow at noon to guarantee your shirt size!
