TurnAround Coaching and Mentoring Services LLC Counseling, Coaching, and Mentoring Services Our mission is to offer high‑quality care that nurtures emotional and psychological well‑being.

Turnaround Coaching and Mentoring Services Center (TCMS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing counseling, coaching, and mentoring that supports the whole person. We emphasize mental wholeness through innovative, unconventional practices designed to empower individuals to take charge of their own lives. Founded in 2019 by Alisha Bentley Frazier, M.A., LPC‑S—a Licensed Professional Counselor, Psychotherapist, and Life Coach—TCMS is staffed by a team of therapists, counselors, and mentors trained to help individuals process psychological and emotional trauma. Our team specializes in supporting those navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, communication challenges, low self‑esteem, and more. TCMS offers both virtual and in‑person sessions, creating accessible pathways for healing, growth, and transformation.

Starting August 10, 2026, we’re launching a safe, structured, and loving homeschool environment designed specifically for K–3rd grade scholars.
