New Haven Cocktail Week — Since 2018 🍸

Back in 2018, a group of local bar owners and industry pros came together with one goal: celebrate the incredible cocktail culture right here in New Haven. What started as a small collaboration quickly grew into a citywide week of seminars, tastings, cocktail menus, and unforgettable events highlighting the best of our bars, restaurants, and spirits partners. 

Every year the community shows up to learn, taste, and toast the art of mixology together.

And we’re doing it all again…

New Haven Cocktail Week returns September 13–18, 2026.

Six days of cocktail events, brand seminars, special menus, and industry celebrations across the Elm City. Whether you’re in the trade or just love a great drink, this is the week to explore New Haven’s cocktail scene.
