Winter workshops begin next Monday Jan 6th (Performance Art), Tuesday Jan 7th (Truth in Acting) and Wed, Jan 8th Instant Improv (just add actor!) through late February. A great way to bring light and delight to the dark season. A few slots left in each class. Call me for info - 530-265-6514.

Local playwright Robin Wallace has written an all-female play entitled, “Sonja Weissman and the Miracle Play.” This historical piece takes place in 1946 in a Canadian boarding school and is loosely based on Wallace’s life. Dinah Smith, who recently directed Wallace’s play about Josiah Royce, “Beyond Our Mountains”, will direct this holiday-themed production which will be performed at the Off- Center Stage at Center for the Arts in Grass Valley from December 5 through December 22nd.

Roles are available for both young (8-18 years) and adult (30+) women. Auditions are at the Off-Center stage at the Center for the Arts in Grass Valley on Saturday, September 7th at 11-2 PM and Monday, September 9th from 6 – 9 PM. Call-backs will take place on Saturday September 14th from 11-2 PM. Resume and headshot or photo is required.
