　　着物離れをしている今の日本で

そんな想いから始めた活動です。

着る、見る、聴く、食べる・・・色んな角度から“和モノ”に触れてもらいます。

抹茶を小さじ1（約2g）入れて、
70〜80℃くらいのお湯を約70ml注ぎます。
茶筅で「M」や「W」を描くように点てれば完成✨
今回はレイナさんにいただいたお菓子と、Fresh & Freshで買ってみた新しいお抹茶。
なかなか悪くないぞ👍
Add 1 teaspoon (about 2g) of matcha,
pour in about 70ml of hot water at 70–80°C (160–175°F),
then whisk in an “M” or “W” motion until frothy✨
Today I paired it with sweets from Reina and a new matcha I picked up at Fresh & Fresh.
Not bad at all 👍

これ、知ってる？

テネシーといえばジャックダニエルだけじゃない。実は今「来てる」ウィスキーがある。

ネルソンズ・グリーンブライアー蒸留所。

このブランド、ストーリーが映画みたいで。
ある兄弟が自分たちの“曾曾曾祖父”が作っていた蒸留所の存在を知ってしまう。
そこから歴史を調べていくうちに、古いレシピや記録を見つけて、まさかの復活。
あの“サワーマッシュ”の伝統レシピを現代に再現。
今ではナッシュビルのマラソンビレッジでツアーも試飲もできる人気スポット。
味も飲みやすくてレベル高い。

There’s another whiskey brand that’s quietly blowing up.
Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery.
And the story sounds like a movie.

Two brothers discovered that their great-great-great grandfather once owned a historic distillery.
While researching their family history, they uncovered old records and recipes—and decided to bring the brand back to life.

They revived the traditional sour mash recipe and rebuilt the whiskey from scratch.
Today, it’s one of the most respected craft Tennessee whiskeys, located in Nashville’s Marathon Village.

Tours, tastings, and a full distillery experience are open to visitors.
And the whiskey? Seriously underrated.
Still barely known outside the U.S.

一粒食べたらあっという間に袋全部完食できる、ちょっと危ないおやつ😆

For this time, I paired it with light chocolate.
Once you have one piece, it’s dangerously easy to finish the whole bag in no time😆

なんせ無料なのがいい。
ダウンタウン近くにあって、トイレも綺麗。1階にはKidsコーナーがあり、日によってイベントも開催されています。
メインは2階。
恐竜の化石やテネシーの土地の成り立ち、そして今のアメリカができるまでの歴史を順番に見ることができます。
Ryman Auditorium や Grand Ole Opry の歴史展示もあり。
隣には Nashville Farmers’ Market があり、フードコートも充実。夏休みにぜひ行ってみて！

One of the best things? It’s completely FREE.
Located near downtown Nashville, with clean restrooms and a great family-friendly atmosphere.
The first floor has a kids’ area, and they often host special events depending on the day.
The main exhibits are on the second floor, where you can explore dinosaur fossils, learn how Tennessee’s land was formed, and walk through the history of how America became what it is today.
You can also see exhibits about the history of Ryman Auditorium and Grand Ole Opry.
Right next door is the Nashville Farmers’ Market with a great food court too.
Definitely worth visiting during summer break!
