Nashua's Winter Holiday Stroll An event that has happened on the Saturday after Thanksgiving for almost 30 years! Yes, Nashua's Winter Holiday Stroll is back! Save the date!

The 27th year of this event will take place on the Saturday after Thanksgiving... November 26th, 2022. This is one of the largest events of the year in Southern NH. It has not happened in the past two years, and we anticipate this year to be one of the biggest yet. Typically attracting roughly 40,000 people to Downtown Nashua, the Holiday Stroll is a candlelit procession down Main Street from City

Hall south to Library Hill where the Cityโ€™s Holiday Tree is lit. Each year the Stroll happens on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and for 27 years, it has marked the beginning of the holiday season. This is a fun family event with Santa, food trucks, vendors, live performances, rides, and more! Participation applications are below:

On the heels of this past weekendโ€™s Winter Stroll, weโ€™re asking for your support. Many in our community do not realize that we are a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization, and that the events we host are funded through grants, sponsorships, and donations. It is a common misconception that these events are presented by the City of Nashua. While we rely on the support of our City departments that help make these events possible, we fund every event through our community of support which we are so grateful for.

We advocate for and work diligently toward a thriving downtown. To that end, we host free community events, publish a weekly newsletter (The Downtowner) to let you know what is happening downtown each weekend, and do all we can to support our downtown businesses.

The Stroll is fast approaching and we are in need of volunteers to make sure things run smoothly. Most of the shifts are outdoors, but weโ€™ve structured them to be as short as possible to make the cold more manageable. Weโ€™re a small and mighty group, but we can't do it alone.
