Jared is autistic and expresses himself beautifully through his love of diamond painting. 💎🧩❤️ Right now, he is working on a special cross diamond painting, one piece at a time.

What makes it even more meaningful is that Jared knows something in his heart and says it often:

The gym has become so much more than a place to work out for Jared - it’s a place where he’s building confidence, discipline and healthy habits. Thanks to Jared’s team, in over the last month, he has gained 1 lb of muscle, lost 4 lbs of body fat, and dropped 2% of body fat through consistent training, and small sustainable changes. These numbers are exciting but what means even more is seeing him grow and shine with the incredible support surrounding him every step of the way. Thanks to Shay Skahill and Jorge Garcia De Alba | Upland Gym Owner. This is what teamwork, patience and consistency can accomplish. 💙
