🎉 Thank You, Moville! 🎉

It’s been a week since Moville Days, and we’re still reminiscing about a FUN community celebration!

A heartfelt thank you to all of our volunteers, event organizers, participants, sponsors, and everyone who came out to support the festivities throughout the weekend. Your time, dedication, and community spirit are what make Moville Days such a special tradition.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to the individuals and businesses who generously contributed financially to Moville Days. Your support plays a vital role in making this year’s celebration possible and helps us continue creating memorable experiences for our community. 💙

Several B-Fit Moville gals participated in the Days 5K Fun Run/Walk 🌞 on Saturday.

As they made the final turn hand-in-hand, I couldn't help but think about what a special group of women share Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings together.

A recent podcast I listened to shared that the #1 factor influencing lifespan is FRIENDSHIP.

Here we thought we were creating a place where women could improve their health through fitness in a safe and welcoming environment. What we've built is so much more.

We've built connection.
We've built encouragement.
We've built friendships.

And it turns out those things may be every bit as important as exercise itself. ❤️

If you've been thinking about joining us, consider this your invitation.

We currently have several times throughout the week where women naturally gather and work out together. You're absolutely welcome to join us! And if those times don't fit your schedule, much of the day is open for you to create your own routine.

Find a workout partner.
Find your people.
Get moving.

Because connection, it turns out, is good for the body, mind, and soul. 🥰

Saturday of Moville Days is off to a great start!

Beer Barn at the Woodbury County Fair will open at 2 pm for anyone wanting to stop by! Drinks will be cold! 🍻
