Lions of Stidman Field

The Mountain Pine game stream got Thunderstruck down for 18 seconds of copyrighted music playing, so if you were trying to watch the game from last night and can't find it, that's why. I have muted that portion of the stream, and it should be fully up for viewing again within a couple hours once it finishes processing.

Thanks, and GO LIONS!!!

I'd like to apologize for the bad connectivity last night at the Mountainburg game. Remote locations with near-zero cell service was exactly the scenario I wanted to improve when I bought the Starlink receiver.

After researching a bit, I believe my current remote power setup just wasn't enough to maintain the connection with the Starlink system. I have ordered a much higher capacity power bank for the receiver to hopefully deal with varying power demands smoothly and stay more stable with less/zero disconnections.

I could have done more testing prior to taking the setup fully remote. So for that, I apologize.

Always trying to improve. And as always, GO LIONS!!!

Tonight's stream will be on the new Lions of Stidman Field YouTube channel! This should have several benefits over streams in years past, including adding the functionality to rewind during the stream to watch highlights!

Mount Ida travels to Bearden to open the season on the road! Be sure to tune in for kickoff at 7:00 tonight!

Also, in years past, several people have asked if they could help pay my gas money, and I have finally joined the modern age with Cash App. I won't go just posting on here asking for folks to give me money, but if you feel generous, DM me either personally or through this page and I can give you my link. The streams themselves will always be free.

Thanks everybody, and GO LIONS!!!
