🍂 Fall Fest Silent Auction Donations Needed! 🍂

I’m currently looking for individuals, businesses, and organizations willing to donate items for the Minot North High School Fall Fest Silent Auction! While I’m starting to collect donations now, I’ll also be reaching out for additional donations as the event gets closer.

All proceeds from the Silent Auction will directly benefit the Special Education classroom at Minot North High School, helping provide resources, opportunities, and experiences for our students.

What is Fall Fest?

Fall Fest is a community event (co) created and organized by me, Hailee Conway, a senior at Minot North High School. My goal is to bring our community together for a fun-filled evening while making a positive difference in the lives of students in our Special Education Classroom.

On October 9th, families, friends, local businesses, and community members are invited to come together and enjoy a variety of activities, including a silent auction, car show, local vendors, food, games, and more. Whether you’re exploring amazing vehicles, supporting local businesses, or simply spending time with family and friends, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

What makes Fall Fest truly special is its purpose. Every donation and every activity helps support the Minot North High School Special Education Classroom. The funds raised will help provide resources, experiences, and opportunities that make a lasting impact on students’ lives.

Fall Fest is more than just an event—it’s a chance for our community to come together, give back, and show our students how much they are supported and valued. I am incredibly grateful for everyone who helps make this event possible, and I hope you’ll join us in making this year’s Fall Fest a memorable one.

🚗🏁 Calling All Car Enthusiasts! 🏁🚗

Minot North High School is looking for classic cars, vintage vehicles, race cars, custom builds, and other unique rides to be part of our Fall Fest on October 9th!

We want to give kids and families the chance to see these amazing vehicles up close, ask questions, and learn more about them. If permitted, attendees may even have the opportunity to sit inside and experience them firsthand.

This is a completely donation-based event, and we’re simply asking for a few hours of your time to help create a memorable experience for our community while supporting a great cause.

🚘 Approx. 2–4 hour commitment

Hi! I’m gearing up for the 2026/2027 school year’s Fall Fest, and this year I decided I want to partner with local Minot food trucks — so I’m looking for vendors!

My name is Hailee Conway, and this will be my second year organizing Minot North High School DECA’s Fall Fest. The event will take place on October 9th, 2026, and is all about bringing the community together while giving back to our special education classroom.

There is no vendor fee to attend, and all profits made during the event go directly to your business. Vendors are also welcome to donate a portion of profits to support our special education program, but it is completely optional.

We’re expecting a great turnout and would love to have local businesses be part of this meaningful event!

This is what Fall Fest was truly all about. It wasn’t about the event, and it wasn’t about the money — it was about giving back to our special education classrooms and supporting a cause that means so much to us.

There are so many incredible individuals in the special education program who hold a special place in our hearts, and being able to give back to them and our community made every second worth it.

The teachers and staff in those classrooms are truly the heart and soul of it all. They spend countless hours and so much of their own time and money making their classrooms a safe, welcoming, and perfect place for their students. We are beyond thankful that we were able to help support them in some way.

And we’re not done yet. Fall Fest will be back in 2026, and this time, we’re coming back with an even bigger goal — to raise even more for a cause we care so deeply about. 🤍
