Meet Molly Schaefer our District 4 Director! Molly is in her 4th year of service on the board over the past 19 years and brings a wealth of experience and passion to everything she does.
๐Ÿ’™ About Molly
Molly has been a respiratory therapist for nearly 19 years, working in a critical access hospital where she wears many hats that include pulmonary function testing and cardiac rehab to sleep studies, ER support, and more. Her journey into respiratory care began after shadowing an RT in high school, inspired by her own lifelong experience with asthma.

๐Ÿก Life Outside of Work
When sheโ€™s not serving the board or caring for patients, youโ€™ll find Molly enjoying anything outdoors, including camping and gardening. She spends most of her time with her husband Tanner and their three kids: Emma, Karlee, and Ryan. She also shares her home with a dog (Archie), two farm cats (Boomerang and Frank), and chickens!
