Recently named one of Top 9 Best New Bars in 2025, this neighborhood gem doesn’t take itself too seriously, unless you’re talking about the drinks. Led by JR Mocanu, Public Parking pairs sharp skill with Midwest charm, serving up playful Great British Bake Off–themed cocktails like Mary Berry’s Soggy Bottom alongside dressed-up classics.
Their house martini, complete with a nori chaser, and a perfectly balanced draft La Louisiane prove that fun and sophistication can happily share a barstool.
