Thanks to all that came out in support tonight. The motion to move forward was passed and the council will direct staff to research a city flag policy. We are pleased with the outcome but will continue to push and be present for these discussions.

We recently gifted the city a Pride Flag. Tomorrow, 6/23, the city council will discuss if there is enough council support to move forward with next steps for creating rules for flags.

We are asking folks to come to the city council meeting and voice their support for the City of Mill Creek to fly the Pride Flag! The meeting starts at 6pm and there is time for public comment at the beginning and end. You can also join and comment via Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85267635808

We need as many people as possible to come and show that there is community support for this.
