Who else loves to spray calming blends on their pillows before bedtime? … I do. One of my favorite night mist sprays is Dream.

I make it in these spray mists from Doterra. A set of two for memebers is $12.00

The dream blend is :

Base : 2 oz of Witch Hazel 2 oz of distilled water

And 10 drops of Sandalwood
5 drops of Orange
5 drops of Bergamot
5 drops of Cedarwood
3 drops of lavender

I also have a great one for the morning called AWAKE … leave a comment below if you want that one too.
