"I'm liking this light for my first run with it and really just messing around with the limits in my situation in this first grow still got me some incredible buds! Time for some small plants. I got to transplant and grow out a bit more to test the 350es with more known genetics in my stable."

Yes, a par is good in golf. But a birdie is better!

In the world of plants, we encourage growers to look Beyond PAR when choosing grow lights. PAR is the range of light from 400-700nm. While light from this range drives photosynthesis and can push yield, it is missing quality elements that are achieved with the energy outside of PAR.

We suggest finding lights that provide a true full spectrum. That means lighting that includes UV and far red, just like the sun. UV and far red both reside outside the PAR range and provide beneficial plant characteristics like terpene production, stronger root development, better taste and smell, more plant biomass, and more.

So while PAR isn’t bad, a full-spectrum Beyond PAR is better!
