The first day of the fair is off to a great start with the Junior Beef Heifer Show and the Junior Breeding Hog Show! We welcome our judges Mr. Danny Davis and Mr. Scott Sutton both from Kansas to sort our cattle and hog shows.

Danny Davis graduated from K-State with his masters degree and was on the national champion livestock team. Danny is married to his wife Amanda and they have 3 daughters. He raises registered Hereford cattle with his family in Maple Hill, KS. Besides showing cattle, his three girls also enjoy showing pigs and goats. He is also an AG instructor in Alma, Kansas. Danny has been asked to judge in 25 states, and has judged over 300 livestock shows, including the Ft. Worth stock show, The American Royal, and Shorthorn junior nationals.

Scott Sutton is from Uniontown, Kansas. Scott Judged collegiately first at Fort Scott Community College where he was an All-American. He later was member of the judging team at Kansas State University in 2005. He graduated from Kansas State with a degree in Animal Science. He has judged county, regional, and state shows in 16 different states. Most notably Scott has had the chance to judge at the American Royal, Tulsa State Fair, Eastern Idaho State Fair, Belt Buckle Bonanza and the Oklahoma Youth Expo. Scott is now the Ag Teacher in Uniontown, Kansas. He and his family own and operate Sutton Showpigs.

The 2021 Delta Fair Livestock Shows have come to an end. We would like to thank all of our exhibitors for participating in both our open and junior shows for cattle, swine, poultry, sheep and goats.
