The Cooper Young Festival was a SWEET success.!! Thanks to Tamara and all the folks at Cooper Young Business Association for the incredible work they put forth. Also, many thanks to for their support. This was by FAR our best year. I will be restocking soon as we all look forward to another healthy season for us and our bees.

Let the shrink banding begin. “Dark and Smokey” small batch honey is my absolute favorite. If you haven’t tried it, then hot foot it to my website and order some. Free local pickup or delivery for $8. Saturday and Sunday brunch at The Peabody now features “Dark and Smokey Chicken” Made with Smoked Ancho, Chipotle, and Habanero peppers. Great heat , but not overwhelming. #901

One time offer… This is our “Single Batch” AND it’s very high in pollen content. I’m selling it at a discount only because it’s viscosity is very high. It’s a delicious floral honey with a slight citrus finish. These are not my regular jars.. It’s just too thick for them. So I’m offering it at a great discount. “Pollen Plus” is normally $45 per jar and it always sells fast. I’m selling this… local pickup only ( unless we arrange shipping cost ) for $35 !! Per jar. I’ve only got 23 jars— so grab it while you can and help those allergies while you enjoy a delicious Memphis treat !!!
