Thanksgiving morning was a blast — and together we made a big impact:
- Raised $5,000 for YCAP (Yamhill Community Action Partnership)
- Collected 700 pounds of food for local families
- over 400+ people ran, walked, and cheered

Huge thanks to everyone who attended, donated, and helped keep this tradition alive. You brought the energy, the generosity, and the fun. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

The Yam Fam Harvest Fun Run & Walk -Turkey Trot is happening this year — new name, same tradition!

Formerly known as Ham Fam Fun Run & Walk, this community favorite continues as the Hampton family passes the torch to the Saylor’s Addition neighborhood to host the event.

📍 Location: 702 NW Cedar St, McMinnville
📅 Date: Thursday, November 27
⏰ Start Time: 9:00 AM

No registration required. A suggested donation is $10 per participant or 4 canned food items.
All proceeds and donations will support YCAP Food Bank and help local families this season.

Bring your family, bring your friends, and join us for a fun run that gives back to our community.

We’re excited to softly launch the new Yam Fam Harvest Run & Walk – Turkey Trot page!

This page is a fresh start for a beloved tradition. After many wonderful years hosted by the Hampton Family, a team of families in Saylors Addition is stepping up to continue the Thanksgiving morning fun run and walk in support of Yamhill Community Action Partnership (YCAP).

We’re still getting things set up—so thank you for your patience as we build out event details, photos, and ways to get involved. For now, mark your calendars:
