We couldn’t have pulled off this year’s FireAnt 5K and Tour de FireAnt without the incredible support of our Sponsors and Volunteers! 🙌

In an effort to keep the safety of all cyclists and runners at the forefront of our planning, we are rescheduling Saturday's 43rd Annual FireAnt Festival 5K & Tour de FireAnt event. Based on the National Weather Service report, we are expecting heavy rain Saturday throughout the day and an increased risk of severe weather (with the potential for tornados and high winds).

Based on this information, we are making the determination to reschedule both the bike ride and 5K event to November 8, 2025.

Although our registration details state that the original event occurs rain or shine, we know the tradition of this race is important to many. We feel that this alternate event date would be the most considerate option of all involved. We hope everyone can join us on the new date!

We will update the information on the Race Roster platform today, 10/23/25 by end of day.
