🎀 Williamson County Fair Children’s Pageant Winners 🎀

If your child won their age division, they are invited to ride in the Marion Homecoming Parade! 🎉

Due to changes with the high school limiting entries and for safety reasons, all children’s pageant winners MUST ride together on the designated County Fair truck and trailer provided for the parade.

This is necessary to ensure everyone’s safety and to keep the parade organized.

Hello Contestant Parents and Spectators! 👑

As we get closer to Sunday’s pageant, we wanted to send out a few reminders and important details to help everything run smoothly.

📍 Check-In Information:

* Please have your child arrive no later than 1:30 PM for check-in.
* The earliest arrival time is 12:30 PM.
* Grandstand seating will open at 12:45 PM.

🅿️ Parking Information:
I have attached a map to help guide you with parking. With fair week approaching, our midway area will be closed off to allow our food vendors to park.

Please follow the back route around the fair track (pink line on the map) when arriving for the pageant. This will help with traffic flow and make parking easier for everyone.
Pageant will be held in the grandstands on our NEW stage (Thank You Clark’s Concrete))

We can’t wait to see all of our amazing contestants on Sunday! Thank you for helping us make this a smooth and successful event. 👑✨

See you soon!

👏👏.
Our pageant will take place on our New Grandstand Stage!

Where do we even begin… we have so many people to thank for making our BRAND NEW CONCRETE STAGE in front of the grandstands a reality! 🌟

A HUGE thank you to Clark’s Concrete for your incredible generosity in donating the concrete. WOW, just amazing! Your support means more than we can say.

Thank you to Bailey’s Concrete for volunteering your time to help set up and finish with the forming with our board members and Clyde Gee. We greatly appreciate it.

A big thank you to E.T. Simonds for bringing road mill material to help fill in and prep the ground. We appreciate your support!

Also, a big Thank you to the City of Marion for allowing your workers to come out and assist today your support and teamwork does not go unnoticed.

It truly takes a community, and we are beyond grateful for each and every one of you who helped bring this project to life. ❤️🎡

By now, everyone should have received their contestant letters. If you haven’t received yours or may have misplaced it, no worries I’ve posted a copy.

✨ Optional Practice Opportunity ✨
📅 Sunday, July 19th
🕐 1:00 – 3:00 PM
📍 Brick Entertainment Barn (east of the grandstands)

I’ll be going over the walking pattern and will be available to answer any questions you may have.

This is completely optional, (NOT Mandatory) and you’re welcome to come and go as it works best for you between that time frame- you do not have to stay the entire time.

Parents: Feel free to bring a lawn chair while you watch and wait if you like.

Looking forward to seeing everyone! 💖
