How I feed Liam on the go 🙌🏻 Liam is 🔟 months of exclusively being nursed so my top tips for nursing on the go with the for any new moms out there.
1️⃣. Feed that baby however and whenever you feel comfortable.
2️⃣. I like to use a blanket for a little extra quiet for Liam and comfort for me.
3️⃣. Once you have shimmied onto a god latch, feeding in the ergo is actually super easy.
4️⃣. Most baby carriers have a little sun ☀️ quiet shield you can use.
5️⃣. I like to wear a button down dress or too just making feeding and wearing super easy.
New moms and veteran moms, you got this 🙌🏻.

I am so grateful I have never received negative comments or feedback, so if your worried don’t be, if you want to try it, try it at home first, if your worried about your worried about modesty don’t be, your feeding your baby.

We might be late in wishing you happy 9️⃣ Months Liam Robert ( aka CeCe Bear) but happy to have you and all those teeth here little man. You are the happiest, and I mean happiest little guy around. You love your big sister and reading together. You don’t even mind in swimming when I dunk you, but you do mind not getting to feed over the 2.5 hour mark. You love to clap and have started to sign to ask for more. Your feet are beyond cool to you, and playing with legos is your favorite. Thanks for making our family a boy family, and being such a smiley little man, we are so grateful you are ours.

I’ll like you for always Eloisa & Liam, as long as I’m living my babies you’ll be ❤️. I truly feel like the luckiest momma in the world, we have made some huge shifts in our lives these past ✌🏻 years and I just pinch myself with how truly lucky, grateful & blessed I feel to be living this life with . Feeling extra lucky about where we get to raise these babies too- especially on picture perfect days like today.

1️⃣ mile run
100 pull ups ( we used TRX bands)
200 push ups ( I did on my knees)
300 squats ( holding Liam - 20 lbs)
1️⃣ mile run pushing Liam
It took us a little under 45 mins, and I broke mine up into 5️⃣ sets.
- 60 squats
-40 push ups
-20 pull ups
5 times. First mike I did on the treadmill in 7:30, final mile I push Liam on the street.

So grateful for our freedom that we get to run, for my families safety, and for a change I hope is brewing in the 🇺🇸 USA, hopeful that this country starts to honor our fallen by changing laws and protecting the living.
