๐Ÿคซ๐ŸŽฅ QUIET ON SET!

๐ŸŽฌ Yesterday, our incubator cohort member stepped onto set for the first day of filming her project. After three months of preparation โ€” including screenwriting and directing mentorship with industry professionals โ€” she built her team and brought her vision to life on set.

๐ŸŽฌ I ALMOST FORGOTโ€ฆ the title of her film says it all.

โญ๏ธIt was especially meaningful as we also had the honor of welcoming the NYC Mayorโ€™s Office of Media and Entertainment Commissioner Rafael Espinal, who took the time to speak with her and support the next generation of filmmakers โ€” as well as the Brooklyn Paper Publications, Inc. who interviewed Amber, Rafael and our co-founder and artistic director Ingrid Jean-Baptiste.
