Manchester Chicken Broil The world-famous 73rd annual Manchester Chicken Broil on SATURDAY, July 18, 2026. Approximately 250 men work on these committees.

The Manchester Chicken Broil is organized and run entirely by volunteers from the Manchester community area, traditionally primarily men, some of whom have served for 71 years continuously! The various committees and volunteers consist of such specialties as: Firemen, Chicken on Grids, Chicken to Pits, Charcoal Pits, Chicken Testers, Chicken to Serving Table, Cole Slaw and Take Out. The processes are efficient and carefully timed to ensure a smooth flow of 10,000 dinners in four hours (about one meal every second!).

Today is the day, it's Chicken Broil time! The final preparations are being made, the chicken has been delivered and the dinners will be ready this afternoon!
Tickets are available on our website at www.manchesterchickenbroil.com or at many of our local merchants. Tickets will also be available at the gate. See you in Manchester soon!

We're only a day away! Here is the route for the drive-thru. Also note that the shuttle parking for this year will be at Klager School located at 405 Ann Arbor St. (M-52) due to the ongoing construction at Riverside School. So if you would like to eat on the field and don't want to hassle with finding a place to park, stop at Klager School and the shuttle will take you to the main entrance. Can't wait to see you all there!

Our new shipment for 2026 has arrived and is available at our headquarters located at BankMichigan in Manchester.
