The Lorain County Fair is seeking a reliable, customer focused Seasonal Office Assistant to support fair operations during our busiest time of year. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping a fast paced office running smoothly.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, accurate information
• Assist customers at the office windows with tickets, forms, and general inquiries
• Maintain organized records and support daily office tasks
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to fairgoers and vendors
📎 Required Skills
• Strong customer service abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear, professional communication
⭐ Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
📅 Position Details
• Seasonal role during the fair period running May through September
• Hours vary based on operational needs
• Must be dependable and comfortable working in a busy environment
