Dirty South Gassers Dirty South Gassers (DSG), established 2017 Dirty South Gassers is a rule-friendly, nostalgia gassers association.

Our goal is to compete in a heads-up gasser racing series with vehicles that closely resemble the gas class cars of the mid-60’s. As we strive to re-create the Golden Era of drag racing, we welcome a diversity of '66 and earlier cars and builds that maintain the look of 60’s.

📣 WHAT A COMEBACK Gary Bearden 👏🏼 After nearly two years away from racing following a double lung transplant, Gary returned to Texas Motorplex last weekend, finishing 2nd in the Gasser class at the Funny Car Chaos Classic. An incredible comeback and a great reminder of what determination looks like 💯
