Ok. Last post for a while.... Here is the breakdown for Sat and Sun on my ride.... Calories, miles, avg speed and avg heart rate... Cool stuff with technology. I did however forgot to "unpause" after one rest stop... So I'm off a few miles & everything else šŸ˜)
