Today is a BIG day for me.
For months, I’ve been working quietly (or not so quietly) behind the scenes on a major evolution, stepping more intentionally into my next chapter as an event curator. I’ve been building infrastructure, forming teams, cultivating connections, and navigating the logistics required to turn vision into reality.
Today, I’m VERY proud to officially share my new website: www.bodymindsoulproductions.com
And with it, the unveiling of the Sacred Shadow Festival.
These projects, along with the Dark Goddess Retreat, have stretched me so far beyond the edges of my comfort zone. I can now say this with certainty:
I CAN DO HARD THINGS!
I’ve learned new administrative skills, tech skills, practiced diplomacy, asked uncomfortable questions, and received invaluable insight.
I’m bringing all of it forward.
I’ve searched for the perfect words to describe this process, but the truth is, I don’t have all the answers. The force that moved this proud artist toward project management is still very much a mystery to me. It felt less like strategy and more like devotion- like something larger was moving through me, asking to be built.
Are these expressions perfect? Nope. Are they important and impactful? Absolutely.
I may be new to the event world, but I feel this in my bones: this is the beginning of something significant.
When I was 23, working as Chita Rivera’s hairdresser, I once asked her if she always knew she was meant to “make it big.” She told me she never knew but she always hoped. Then she asked if I felt that way. I said yes.
At the time, “making it big” meant fame, fortune, and visibility. Now, at 44, it means something entirely different.
Making it big means creating meaningful impact. It means contributing to our collective evolution. It means helping people experience wellness, wholeness, embodiment, and true community.
That is my new definition of success.
We are witnessing the collapse of outdated systems. I feel called to be a bridge builder within what is emerging. To create spaces that support awakening, education, and integration.
I may be starting small. But I am thinking big....And I am just getting started

It’s been a week since we left KYYF and I’m just now reconnecting to every day life. I knew I had been deeply impacted by the storms, but I didn’t know that it would take me a full week to process the emotions and repercussions of the event.

I’m so glad I gave myself time to disconnect from the non pressing obligations of life and entrepreneurship to sit with the next steps of where to go next. I don’t have a new plan yet, but I have decided that we will not be bringing to .

Now that I have had time to assess the aftermath of the storms, I feel it would be irresponsible for me to jump back into prepping for PlayThink right away. The reality is, we lack time, energy, and resources to resurrect the BMSS vision quickly and safely.

This decision was made out of love, considering my mental health, the needs of my family, and the integrity of the BMSS schedule and its presenters … it is too much. It will be too overwhelming to navigate all 3 components for the 6 day festival, based on the previous installment.

Thank you for everyone’s support and encouragement! BMSS isn’t dead, it’s just being reshaped with more intention and efficiency for future events, like in July!

I cannot wait to see what’s next! My future self is looking back on this experience and saying, “I’m so glad all my tents blew away… If that wouldn’t have happened, I wouldn’t be living this incredible life that’s better than my wildest dreams!” 💖

Happy Mother’s Day to ALL the mammas out there!. We know the Divine gifts and hardships of motherhood. The commitment and the responsibility of raising a child, or children, is completely overwhelming at times. To hold space for their curiousities, their safety, and their mistakes require SO much patience. I see you and I honor you.

If you are attending the , invites you to visit the Red Tent Temple. This sacred space offers a quiet recharging zone for reflection and opportunities to connect with other womb holding humans on their cycle, Divine feminine guidance, or nursing mammas.
There will daily morning meditations held at the Red Tent Temple to honor and celebrate the gifts of Mother Earth and our own inherant Divine Goddess.

I have been pouring my entire being into the Body Mind Soul Space’s debut at Restore event. This project is becoming the complete expression that is me. Its mission is to introduce and educate groups of people about alternative healing methods. My vision is collaboratively focused. I see this space hosting multi passionate wellness entrepreneurs, healers, and artists. I want the energy created in this space to move and flow, to resonate and inspire.
We all have gifts to share and we can heal ourselves and each other.

I’m grateful to Bernheim, , and Ida Brown for hosting the birthing of The Body Mind Soul Space. This project is being consciously created with mostly recycled, upcycled, restored, repurposed, found, donated, secondhand materials. I’ve crafted over 145 origami flowers, made form used greeting cards from my family, friends, and neigbors. I constructed 13 hanging art pieces that will be displayed. I’m building a chandelier… I’m being very ambitious because there’s more 😆

I hope you can make it to Bernheim Forest this weekend and experience the Body Mind Soul Space. Immerse yourself in the healing magic of sound jouneys. She will be playing intermittently between 12-4pm.
