To this date, this chihuahua is still being allowed to run at large by its owner Melissa Thompson in Louisville, KY, and to attack this disabled person and this SERVICE DOG that is trained to medically alert it's disabled owner. If this chihuahua bites this service dog again it could be a fatal bite to the lungs of this service dog. The disabled person also states this chihuahua also goes for their service dog’s face and tries to bite the eyes out of their service dog. This disabled person’s life depends on this service dog to keep them safe and alive. If something happens to this service dog it would sure as hell be a DEATH SENTIENCE for this disabled person.

This is the bite wound on the service dog’s chest that was attacked by the chihuahua.

The service dog is a specially trained mobility service dog for its disabled owner. Here’s information about mobility service dogs.

”A mobility service dog is classified as medical equipment that is trained to assist a physically disabled person who has mobility issues, such as wheelchair dependency or poor balance. Roles include "providing balance and stability"[1] picking up and carrying objects, and (controversially) pulling wheelchairs.[2] A mobility assistance dog can also be trained to open and close doors, and operate light switches, and can "have a major positive impact on the lives of recipients".[3] These dogs usually wear a special vest or harness so that the owner can attach a handle. This allows the dog to guide the owner or assist with the owner’s balance.”

It’s a FEDERAL OFFENSE for any person or animal to harm or kill a Service Dog!

This is the chihuahua that been attacking a service dog team in Louisville, Kentucky. The pictures are of the chihuahua attacking the service dog and the disabled person. The pictures were taken by the disabled person walking with their service dog.

The last attack this chihuahua did on this service dog, the chihuahua left a hole in this service dog's chest and the chihuahua's tooth just missed this service dog’s lung, this would have been fatal for the service dog!

The chihuahua has attacked this service dog multiple times. Louisville Metro Animal Control (LMAC )have been called multiple times and the chihuahua is always placed on a 14-day quarantine hold . After the 14-day quarantine hold the chihuahua is released back to the owner. Then chihuahua is back running loose in the neighborhood to continue to run loose continue it's attacks on the service dog. Sadly this service dog team lives few doors down in a court from and the chihuahua house is right smack dabbed across the street right from the court’s entrance. So this service dog team has no way avoiding this loose chihuahua or no other way to escape the chihuahua all together.

Attacking this Service Dog is not the only ones the chihuahua has attacked. The chihuahua also attacks other residents, children walking down the street, other people’s dogs and even the mailman had attacked several times. The chihuahua goes around and poops on the lawns of residents laws and goes onto other property to fence fight and terrorize other residents dogs.

The chihuahua even caused couple of auto accidents with vehicles when it runs in front vehicles when it’s running loose.

There are charges against the chihuahua owner for the chihuahua attacking the service dog and a court date has been set! When the chihuahua owner was served with the court papers and the court date, the chihuahua owner and their neighbor’s have started terrorize and making threats to the disabled person about killing their service dog when they see the team walking down the street. The police were called and the police and animal control have spoken with both the chihuahua owners and their neighbor’s about their harassment and threats towards team.I'm sure they where told they can be arrested and charged with harassment and terrorist threats towards this team. I’m sure and I hope LMAC have added this police report to their reports that would be presented to the judge in the court of law.

The service dog is viewed as medical equipment and they are federal protected. They should have in the law books that any dog/animal attacks and does damage to a service dog should be automatically be put to sleep.

PLEASE NOTE: Emotional Support Animals Pets (ESA Pets) are FAKE service dogs. ESA Pet owners and their are required to follow ALL pet laws. ESA Pets are NOT protected or recognized by The Americans with Disabilities ACT Law or Federal Laws that protect legitimate service dogs that help people of disabilities. I stating this because sadly someone people believe ESA Pets are service dog due to false information given by ESA Pet owners. ESA Pet owners will used this to do disabled and service dog stolen valor(it’s basically like military stolen valor) to take their ESA Pets places where where pets are not welcome, keep their pets in no pet allowed hotels and apartments or to keep their pet taking away b6 animal control after it attacks someone or another animal.
