The COVID-19 pandemic marks an unprecedented time in modern history that will require the best of humanity to overcome. We are together as a community through hardships and through ease.

Due to the shelter-in-place order, many families are impacted and without a source of income. We know of many individuals and families who are struggling to pay for necessities and are in need of immediate help.

We are calling for your solidarity to help vulnerable individuals and families and we urge everyone to donate generously. Your donation will support immediate relief during one of the most challenging times we have collectively faced.

We have received a request from a number of our members requesting a change of location to Vasona Lake County Park (333 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032) (due to limited space). The time remains unchanged and we will start at 3 pm.

A reminder that this is a potluck type of gathering. Here is what we need: Drinks, pastries, tea, pastries, fruits, salads. You are welcome to bring anything else that you may like, for the barbecue fans, you are welcome to bring that as well. After all, we will be in a park.

Dear SFBA AMPA Members and Friends,

Thanks to everyone who already signed up for our first Moroccan Eid celebration in the San Francisco Bay Area. Based on the responses received, we plan to hold our event in Mitchell Park in Palo Alto (600 E Meadow Dr, Palo Alto, CA 94303) starting at 3 pm.

A reminder that this is a potluck type of gathering. Here is what we need: Drinks, pastries, tea, pastries, fruits, salads. You are welcome to bring anything else that you may like, for the barbecue fans, you are welcome to bring that as well. After all, we will be in a park.
