Had a great time playing Planet Unknown from tonight! This was my first time playing it, and I actually filled in all of the spaces on the planet. I don’t think I’ll be able to repeat that for awhile haha. Really fun, puzzley game that we are excited to tackle again tomorrow night!!

Didn’t need too many Sand Box Gaming accessories for this game. They have a really nice storage solution! We did pull out a few of our Token Trays to share resources around the table. Highly recommend this game.

We are at this weekend! If you’re in the LA area or at the convention, swing by our booth. We are building dice towers/trays on the spot for all orders at the convention. We also have player boards for several hot games like Dune: Imperium and Wingspan.

We made a few modifications to one of more popular items. It’s still the same dice tower, but the upgrades make it even better and more durable. If you’ve been on the fence about getting one of our dice towers, or need another one, these upgrades are worth it!

We recently got our Kickstarter copy of Everdell Duo from , and we had a great time playing it!! We tried out our card and token tray, enhanced with velvet, and it was perfect for each player to keep our cards hidden and have a place to store our resources.

We loved how there are multiple ways to play the game, competitively or cooperatively, and will definitely dive more into this game. We love Everdell, so this was a great gift to complete our set!

I’ve been pretty obsessed with lately, especially playing the Illumineer’s Quest. I like playing solo games, and I was thrilled when this came out, so I could try out different decks on my own and still feel like I’m completing a game.

The Illumineer’s Quest definitely gets hard in the upper difficulties, and we’ve had to create some custom decks just to get through it, but it helps with the fun I have playing this game.

The first few pictures features our deck box with large card holder. It can hold 60 single sleeved cards in each card insert, but if you double sleeve like I do, I just split up my deck and also bring extra cards in case I want to swap some out.

The last few pictures feature an upcoming product we are testing out! We are working on a deck box that can hold 60 double sleeved cards and a token tray to hold dice/tokens. We’re liking how this turned out, and are currently looking for ways to make them a little more customizable.

Some of us had the opportunity to volunteer with at this past week and had a really good time! The first half of the day was spent walking around the exhibit hall and going to some panels and the second half was spent in the gaming room teaching and . (Also Rival Restaurants will have an expansion soon on Kickstarter!)

We saw a good amount of board gaming at the convention, which was great to see. had a nice sized booth and we got some nice expansions/upgrades for . Also got some of our cards signed and it was really fun to see some of the artists and talk to them.

All around a really fun time and hoping to be able to go next year!

With 20 Strong from going strong (😉) with their next set of decks currently on Gamefound, I decided to break out Solar Sentinels to remind me how fun these games are!

The three decks I currently have are from the first crowdfunding campaign (Solar Sentinels, Too Many Bones, and Hoplomachus: Victorum). They are solo only, but you can also have a buddy to strategize with if you want.

These decks fit really well in our Game Shell, and the Game Shell with drawers fits all of the dice and the metal tracker. Normally there would be three card holders, which can hold the cards nicely, but if you’d prefer to keep the decks in their respective boxes, then I would put them straight in the Game Shell without the wooden card holders. (Hopefully the pictures can help clarify this.)

Overall I really recommend this game to anyone that likes solo games, and it’s great to see so many of our products work well as a storage and gameplay solution to the game.

I went through all three acts for my first playthrough of from Contention Games and it was both hard and amazing.

I only played with one character so far, Ironclad, but I think I’ll just do one act with each of the other three so I can try them all out quicker to see which one I like best.

I played solo for this game, which I tend to do when learning a game, but I can see how this could be fun with 2 players (or more).

I’ll probably need to make a custom dice tower for this game now that I’ll probably put more hours into it 🙂
