Galvanize Fit

Galvanize Fit Galvanize: Verb- to shock or excite (someone), typically into taking action. Galvanize SCV is inspired by the principles of F3- Fitness, Fellowship, Faith.

These three "F's" are displayed in small workout groups created to invigorate male community leadership. To learn more about F3, check out their website F3Nation.com. Getting in shape is a sprint, fueled by the enthusiasm of a change for the better; staying in shape is a marathon that is sustained by discipline and a near-maximum effort virtually every day of a man's life- "Freed to Lead" by Dredd

and OBT

Movember is personal to me as I’ve lost two Brothers in the last 5 years I don’t want others to have to go through this loss if I can help.

Please donate to help me fight to raise awareness and funds to stop men dying too young. Donation link in my bio.

About Movember:
Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men.

Our fathers, brothers and friends are facing a health crisis, yet it’s rarely talked about. Men are dying too young. We can’t afford to stay silent.

Mental health and su***de prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer – we’re taking them all on.

Movember looks at mental health through a male lens, focusing on prevention, early intervention and health promotion.

We’re working towards a world where men take action to be mentally well, and are supported by those around them.

- Men account for 4 out of every 5 su***des, and on average 103 men will take their own life every day in the US.

- 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.

- Testicular cancer is the most common form of cancer in young American men.

To speak with someone immediately, contact National Su***de Prevention Lifeline on 1-800-273-8255 (1-800-273-TALK), contact Lifeline Crisis Chat or contact National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) on 800-950-6264 or Text NAMI to 741741.

If you're ever worried that someone's life is in immediate danger, call 911 or go directly to emergency services.

Leading a healthy lifestyle and raising awareness for men's health initiatives is important to me. I've signed up for another year as a Mo Bro to help raise funds to support this cause because I’ve experienced the loss of loved ones due to cancer and su***de. With the global pandemic, now more than ever we need awareness of resources for those men who are feeling isolated, depressed and hopeless. Being stuck at home with unhealthy thoughts is a dangerous thing.

My personal goal is to raise at least $2000, move at least 60 miles and promote awareness.

Thank you for helping raise awareness for men’s health.
