A dining experience for an adventurous clientele with trendy taste buds. We announce the theme ahead of time, but the location and menu remain our little secret until 48hrs before service. To score a seat you must register to be a member: only members are invited to dinner, and tickets are first come, first served: once they are gone, they are gone.

Central Valley — Step into an exclusive culinary experience inspired by FX’s hit show, ‘The Bear’ and enjoy an intimate, multi-course, all-inclusive dinner crafted by Matt Moore, the executive chef of .
