This is the work:
returning to the wild self beneath conditioning.
The self that was never too much.
The self that was never meant to be edited down.

Retreat reminds us what becomes possible when women gather with honesty, depth, ritual, nature, and courage. ✨

Started with watching Dawson’s Creek with my daughter… ended with a trip to Wilmington to explore all the iconic filming spots. ✨

Riverwalk, Black Cat Shoppe, Cotton Exchange, Old Books on Front St., Airlie Gardens, vintage shopping, amazing food, and the best vibe. Laid back, welcoming, full of character, and quietly cool without trying too hard. We loved it here. 🌊

I think it’s about remembering.

Remembering who you are outside your routines.
Outside the noise.
Outside the expectations.

That’s why I created Liminal Travel.

Not just to help people go somewhere new—
but to help them experience themselves differently.

There are three doorways to this work:

🜁 Outer Travel
Journeys, retreats, pilgrimage, meaningful exploration

🜂 Ritual & Ceremony
Practices to honor endings, beginnings, grief, growth, and transition

🜄 Inner Journeys
Shamanic work, shadow work, reflection, meditation, and soul inquiry

Life changes us.
The question is:
Will we move through those changes consciously?

One of the biggest wellness travel trends of 2026 is “Cocooning Wellness” — people craving nearby, nervous-system-safe escapes instead of exhausting bucket-list vacations.

Honestly? I get it.

People are tired. Overstimulated. Burnt out from trying to optimize every second of life.

Sometimes the most transformational journey isn’t across the world.
It’s a quiet cabin. A desert motel. A slow drive. A weekend that helps you hear yourself again.

This is why I plan intentional journeys based on what your soul and nervous system actually need — not just what’s trending online.

And no AI itinerary can intuitively read:
✨ your exhaustion
✨ your transition
✨ your emotional season
✨ your energetic readiness

That’s where my work becomes different.

I use astrology, ritual, intuition, shamanic journeying, yoga, and deep listening to help guide people toward experiences that actually restore them.

Because travel should change your state — not just your scenery.

When life feels uncertain, most of us search for control.

But what if what we’re really craving is ritual?

Not perfection. Not elaborate spiritual practices.Just simple moments that help us slow down, reconnect, and remember ourselves again.

This week on YouTube, I’m sharing how to create meaningful rituals during seasons of uncertainty—and why ritual can be such a powerful support for the nervous system, the psyche, and the soul.

Between Worlds
A Liminal Journey to Joshua Tree
October 5-10, 2026

For five days, we’ll inhabit the raw, dreamlike terrain of Joshua Tree, where massive boulders rise like ancient sentinels and twisted trees reach skyward in quiet defiance. Through daily yoga, ritual, journaling, and guided exploration, we’ll work with the desert as a living field — allowing its starkness to mirror what is asking to be seen, felt, and integrated.

Why do people say yes to retreats like Between Worlds?

Because something in them knows:
their current life no longer fits.

This retreat is for people who are:
• in transition
• emotionally exhausted
• craving clarity
• navigating endings or beginnings
• disconnected from themselves
• asking “What’s next?”
• longing for something deeper than productivity and survival

This is not about escaping your life.

It’s about stepping outside your normal environment long enough to finally hear yourself clearly again.

Inside this experience, you’ll gain:

🜁 Space to breathe and reflect
🜂 Rituals to honor where you’ve been
🜄 Practices for nervous system regulation and inner connection
🜃 Honest conversation and meaningful community
🜅 Greater clarity about your next chapter

The desert has a way of stripping away distraction.

And sometimes that’s exactly what we need.
