We will be postponing our June 20th event, supporting Educare Lincoln, due to lack of ticket sales. We've learned summer is a hard time for extra events! We want to make sure we get a good number of people in order to present a large check to this worthy cause.

WHY:

🍷 Raise money for charity
🍷Try up to 25 different kinds of wine in one night
🍷Have a great time with old friends and make new
🍷Possibly win and go home with enough bottles to start a wine cellar

HOW:

$100 for a team of two. 100% will go to the charity of the night. 100% tax deductible.

Each team brings three identical bottles of wine depending on the wine of the night.

One bottle is saved as a prize bottle, the other two will be blind tasted by all participants.

That means you get to try up to 25 wines each event. This is the fun part! You could be tasting a $5 or a $30+ bottle.

Blindly rate your favorites and at the end of the night the votes are tallied.

The team with the most votes at the end of the night goes home with over a case of wine!

FAQs:

❓Will there be food?
Yes! Hors d'oeuvres will be provided by a sponsor.

❓How is the charity chosen?
By attending the event your team gets to dominate a charity for the proceeds. The charity for the next event will be drawn from the nominations that night.

❓What if I don't want to drink 25 wine samples?
It's a lot of wine! We offer dump barrels so you don't have to have more than a sip.

❓I can't make this date, when's the next one?
We try to host 3-4 events/year. We are completely volunteer run and do what we can. Sign up for notifications for our page to never miss an event.

❓ If I love a wine, how will I know what it was?
You get to keep your notes on each wine and will receive an email that tells you what each wine your tried was.

❓How do I sponsor the event?
Every event depends on local businesses/individuals to provide the food and venue.

Food: To be the food sponsor just provide heavy appetizers/sandwiches/charcuterie for ~100 people. For $350 your business can be the food sponsor and we will provide the food.

Venue: We are always looking for a free space that can hold up to 100 people with basic amenities (tables and restrooms). Businesses that provide this space will be advertised as an event sponsor.
