Come visit Downtown Lincoln tonight!

This month’s theme is “Under the Sea”. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and will conclude at 8:30 p.m.

The City of Lincoln and the 3rd Fridays committee have planned another great event. Whether you want to listen to live music, eat delicious food, play games, shop, or make art, there is something for everyone!

The Original Skazz Band will be performing on the corner of Pulaski and Kickapoo to keep the energy fun and moving. Numerous vendors will be set up along Kickapoo Street to sell items, food, play games, or share information about their organization.

The kids’ corner on Broadway Street will have plenty of fun activities to keep everyone busy. There will be water inflatables this month! Kids are welcome to wear water shoes on the inflatables and bring towels as well. The Lincoln Park District will be providing games for the kids as well!

This month there will be henna tattoos, rock painting, and face painting. Artisans will be located on McLean Street with original handmade work for sale.

As for food, there are plenty of vendors selling items such as popcorn, snow cones, baked goods, cotton candy, hot dogs, tacos, ice cream and drinks. LLCatering, Boones BBQ, and MKS Livestock food trucks will be there! Sorrento’s and Guzzardo's will have pizza by the slice, and the Alley-Bi Saloon and Mama’s Arcade will be selling their famous cheeseburgers. Ami-gos’ World, Guest House, Guzzardo’s Italian Villa, Top Hat Creamery, Spirited Republic, Flossie & Delzena’s, the Rusty Rail, Copper & Oak, and the Foxhole Pub will be open for business as well.

The committee is excited to continue these events and hope that all will come for an evening of fun, food, and live entertainment!
