"The LeFlore County Basketball Tournament is one of the longest running high school basketball tournaments in the State of Oklahoma, as it dates back to 1932. Generations of LeFlore County athletes have participated in this traditional tournament that includes all thirteen high schools in LeFlore County. This currently includes schools as small as Class B to those as large as Class 4A, which often makes for interesting match-ups and unlikely rivalries. Each year, the high schools of LeFlore County rotate hosting privileges and responsibilities. The 2021 LeFlore County HS Tournament is the 89th annual event and is hosted by Whitesboro Public Schools, with collaboration from all LeFlore County High Schools.
