It is with a heavy heart and hopeful spirit that the S.N.A.P.S. fam bids farewell to our beloved cohost and spiritual comrade Cassidy as she embarks on a beautiful new chapter of her life beyond the glow of Vegas neon!

In honor of this incredible human, we are hosting an extra special S.N.A.P.S. Open Mic at Sunset Park Friday 5/23 at 6:30pm to send her off not only with well wishes, but inspiration too!

Spring is often a time of cleansing regeneration! A time to emerge from your chrysalis..

Come indulge in an evening of community, creativity, and fun at “The Vortex” (the wooded area by the Safekey building in Sunset Park).

What’s YOUR hidden talent? 🫵🏼😌

We artists have too much life experience and/or trauma and/or ADHD or whatever to not have more than one creative outlet! Am I right? 😆

Creative communities allow us to gain inspiration from others and dare to try new avenues of self expression!

This month, SNAPS is uncovering those pieces of ourselves we keep hidden away, whether out of discomfort/insecurity or even just gatekeeping some of your newer or less refined God-given talents. We encourage you NOW to join us for an evening of the unexpected! 💫

Poets performing music, musicians performing comedy, comics performing dance… anything goes!

Speed connections are intimate, not intimidating!

We’ve decided to hold a mixer that gives us the best of both worlds: friendly OR romantic connections. Come to Lovers or Friends where you will choose a wrist band color based on the connection you’re interested in. Once seated, we will have 2-3 minutes to rapidly connect with the person in front of us. After speeding through each wonderful smile in the room, we can mingle and nourish the connections we felt most drawn too.

This is a safe space where we will honor the intentions of everyone.
BLUE will signify mental connections
GREEN will signify romantic connections
Respectfully, if a person is wearing a blue band then it is safe to say you’ve made a new friend! If they are wearing green… well you may want to have date nights in mind for the mingling portion of the mixer!!

Let’s make this event one to truly connect with our community. This is the time to bring those friends who keep saying they want to get out more. This is the space to safely say, hello I’m single and ready to mingle. THIS mixer is the way to talk to those artists you always see on the mic but never say hello to. So come, join us on February 12th, 6:30PM at SPCKRFT Studios.

Our January SNAPS Spotlight goes to , who IS an incredible photographer. Epsteine is fully equipped to capture your portrait needs and amplify your creative story this year. Ask him about his packages! His photographer packages.. you weirdos.

He will be at The Hype Gala snapping the pics after the hype, the slice in time where you are elevated and it SHOWS. We feel blessed to have such a captivating photographer capture the most important moments at this month’s event. Follow him now to ensure you get your Hype Gala photo 🤪

His work speaks for itself but I do want to add a personal testimonial mentioning his artistic eye and natural talent for finding the most energetically activating moments. I’ve been completely shocked seeing some of his photos and the way he can capture the aura of his subjects. He’s more than a photographer.. he’s a seer. A spiritual guru with the camera.

LET’S GET HYPED! See y’all January 16th at our DONATION based event, where $5 is the suggestion to get on the mic, to vote, and to support a couple bad ass women curating a dope ass night.

We dare you to don that lovely dress or suit that has been sitting in the back of your closet, dying for some daylight (or moonlight seeing as the sun sets at 4pm lately). 🌃🌙

Join us for a formal evening of creative expression January 16th at 6:30pm, featuring a wonderful self love workshop to celebrate this new year, and new you! To hype and be hyped on the red carpet feeling your best, and reminding yourself of the beautiful year ahead of us! 💫❤️

January’s SNAPS theme of The Hype Gala will also be the inspiration for this month’s art competition participants!
